Aimed to improve team performance, T Bar M uses skillfully planned activities to challenge groups to discover untapped resources and reach higher performance levels. Participants are led through a strategic sequence of events taking them from their comfort zone and building toward the choice of healthy risk called the stretch zone…the point where growth takes place.

Leadership Challenge
This allows student to have hands on experiences in the outdoors education, team building, and games. Students are put into different team with a T Bar M staff leading them through several activities and competitions. During your stay you will see team pride, but when you leave you will see class unity!

Get ready for your 2009 drill team school year by bring your team to T Bar M. With the partnership of Crowd Pleasure teaching the customized dance routines and T Bar M leading team building.
